Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Flow you agree to these terms. They're short — please actually read them.

What Flow is

Flow is a personal finance tracker: you record income, expenses, budgets, work hours, and optionally view balances of crypto wallets by public address. It is provided free of charge, as-is.

What Flow is not

• Not financial advice. Forecasts, insights, and budget suggestions are arithmetic on the data you entered, not recommendations from a professional.
• Not a bank or wallet. Flow never holds money or crypto, never asks for private keys or seed phrases, and cannot move funds — anywhere, ever.
• Not an accounting system of record. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your own backups (CSV export is in Settings).

Your account

• You need a valid email address; keep your password to yourself.
• One person per account. You're responsible for activity under your login.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Accounts doing so may be removed.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. It may go down, change, or be discontinued. If it is ever discontinued, reasonable notice will be given so you can export your data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the service — including decisions made based on numbers it displays.

Your data

Your data stays yours. How it's stored and protected is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete it from Settings at any time.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will update the date above and be called out on the login page. Continuing to use Flow after a change means you accept it.
